christmas day

Merry X-mas, all. I finally got home two days ago, but we never bothered going up to Åre to ski with our families because my ankle is still bad from saturday. Stayed at home in the apartment and had a real nice christmas eve. Woke up to blue skies today and figured we’d use the few daylight hours to go hang out by the lake. I even brought fishing gear but the lake was frozen already, but not thick enough to walk on. Oh well. Here’s some nice winter pics, no snow on the ground as you can see though;

we thought we'd go fishing for a bit but it turned out there was a thin layer of ice on the lake. oh well.

wont put the fishing gear to use today, I guess.

we caught this little guy on the field while walking down to the lake. being so cute, he totally charmed our pants off, then he bit my finger. i guess i sort of deserved it.
